Philip R. Klein, TPLI-PPO

Philip Klein has practiced investigative and personal protection work in Texas for more than four decades. He began his career working with Equifax and Prudential in the primary claims division, handling insurance death claims, before founding Klein Investigations in 1992 to serve the expanding legal market in Texas and across the United States.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Klein has worked with major insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies on complex investigative matters nationwide. He has completed extensive federal and state training in interrogation, intelligence gathering, close personal protection, and surveillance operations, and holds numerous state and federal certifications. Mr. Klein has also provided investigative and protective support to local, state, and federal government entities and has assisted members of the political community with sensitive security and investigative matters throughout his career. 

Mr. Klein is also a Child Rescue Network investigator and has been responsible for the recovery of hundreds of children and fugitives throughout his career. In 2002, he co-founded Texas Professional Bodyguards, LLC, a full-service intelligence and close protection agency providing licensed personal protection services.

He has provided close personal protection services during major disaster responses including Hurricanes Rita, Ike, Delta, and Katrina, protecting utility infrastructure personnel and national media representatives. Mr. Klein remains active in consulting with law enforcement and the legal community on abduction and domestic kidnapping cases.
