He founded Klein Investigations in 1992 and has worked extensively with government agencies, law firms, and major insurance companies on complex investigations throughout the United States.

Caroline Gear is a licensed private investigator and senior leader at Klein Investigations with more than 17 years of experience in investigative services, child advocacy, and case management. She plays a central role in the firm’s operations and is nationally involved in missing children investigations and family court–related services.

Charley Klein is a senior investigator and operations leader at Klein Investigations with more than 15 years of experience in field investigations, personal protection, and operational oversight.
