Richard Quiroga, TPLI, PPO

Richard Quiroga joined Klein Investigations and Texas Professional Bodyguards in 2001 with the formation of Texas Professional Bodyguards, LLC. He is widely known and respected throughout Texas as a personal protection officer, team leader, and instructor with a long-standing reputation for professionalism and operational excellence.

Prior to his work in private security and protection, Richard served with the City of San Antonio Police Department, where he was a highly decorated officer and SWAT Commander. His law enforcement background provides a strong foundation in tactical operations, leadership, and risk management.

Following the events of September 11, 2001, Richard and Philip Klein worked together to formally establish Texas Professional Bodyguards, LLC, a full-service intelligence and close protection agency. Since that time, Richard has led protection operations for dignitaries, executives, and private individuals nationwide, supporting complex security needs including corporate terminations, takeovers, and sensitive operations.
