Caroline K. Gear, TPLI, M.Ed

Caroline Gear began her career with Klein Investigations in 2009, working her way through every level of the organization. In 2011, she obtained her private investigator license and has since become a senior investigator and key leader within the firm. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, and Community Development from Lamar University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University.

Caroline currently serves as the primary case manager for Klein Investigations, overseeing incoming matters, research, and investigative coordination. She is deeply involved in missing children cases nationwide and supports insurance investigations through detailed research and case review. In 2016, she was promoted to Senior Administrator of KIC Texas.

In 2021, Caroline was promoted to Vice President of Klein Investigations and founded Camp Klein Supervisions, a child custody supervision program serving family courts throughout Texas. Through her work, she provides home studies, welfare checks, supervised exchanges, child interviews, and profiling services. Caroline is widely respected for her ability to work compassionately with families while maintaining professionalism, neutrality, and structure in complex situations.
